MY PERSONAL PHYLOSOPHY OF TEACHING

Hi friends! First of all, I want to say that it´s a challenge for me to write some lines in the language of the global world (English), but I´ll try to be objective.
"Phylosophy is the science of Truth", and if I share with everyone interested in education my philosophy of teaching, it´s very important to express the way I teach and the truth.
I consider my pupils like authentics and extraordinary people with feelings, values, problems, doubts, etc. So, I respect them very much.
I think that it is fundamental that teachers recognize the values, social abilities, competences and mistakes the students have.
In my case, the style that I use to teach is giving my pupils a good level of confidence and communication, reviewing with them the last class, working in groups, listen carefully their answers, suggestions and points of view, promoting the investigation by using technology (Internet) like an important tool of culture and develop, correcting them in a polite form, creating dynamics in class, because I am really conscious that students pass all day into four walls, and it´s really important that we teachers design a practical and meaningful lesson plan thinking in our pupils.
About the evaluation, I consider that it is a process which permits the teacher to know the pupil´s learning process. So, I evaluate every moment, every classes and in different ways, but I emphasize more the oral interviews and my pupil´s expositions and projects, because the oral interaction is the first way to know a person and its knowledge.
I had good and bad regards as a student.
I remember when I was in primary, I had a teacher who gave me physical punishments and bad words, specially when I obtained bad levels.
Recently she crossed a street in front of me because she works near my school, I immediately recognize her but she didn´t, I´m sure for the quantity of years ago she taught me, but sincerely I could´t feel anything special for my ex teacher, and I´m sure that nowadays I continue remembering her punishments and humiliations.
Now as a teacher I´m sure that I´m not like my ex teacher.
Our pupils are human persons with excellent feelings and values,I´ll try to give the best of me to them, and I feel that they considered me as their emotional coach and guide.
Christ is my model of teacher, it is impossible to be as Christ, but every day I follow his teaching, legacy and love.
